We offer frequent and clear communication at all steps of the homebuilding process to provide you with a flexible, comfortable experience. Want to use an existing floorplan of ours? We can do that. Want to make tweaks? We welcome your input and are eager to work with you to create a customized plan that meets your needs. Need help managing your project? We can do that too.
How we build homes
We begin with an initial consultation where we listen and encourage you to present your ideas for your new home. We talk about your needs, including locations, budget, timing and designs.
We will then incorporate these ideas into a customized plan that best suits all of your needs.
We’ll meet with you to discuss the initial plan and check in with you. We’ll talk about any changes you need and answer all of your questions.
If you need any changes to the plan, we’ll go back and customize it until you are completely satisfied and confident about your new project. We generally meet with you again after each revision to go over details in person with you.
Next, the construction on your new home will begin.
